Women’s retreat, Noosa Hinterland
Restoring Inner Balance is a retreat for women who want to recharge, connect and boost their wellbeing. Over three nights from 30 May to 2 June 2025, you’ll take part in activities to nourish your body and mind at the Amara Retreat Centre in the Noosa Hinterland on the Sunshine Coast.
The retreat is led by Nichola MacNeil, yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and Cecelia Helyer, founder of Grow Naturopathy.

The rooms at Amara Retreat are best suited to a twin share accommodation format. If you attend the retreat with a friend, we will happily ensure you are sharing a room.
Sharing a room on retreat is a great way to build lasting connections with other like minded women.
If you book alone, we’re happy to share your contact details with your roommate if you both consent so that you can connect before the retreat.

No, all rooms are twin share only.

We could all benefit from including more plant based whole foods in our diet. This retreat aims to leave you inspired with ways to include more vegetables and fruits in your daily diet whether you are vegetarian or not.

The venue is not wheelchair accessible. However, if you have other accessibility requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you.

It won’t, however yoga philosophy is likely to be mentioned as part of the yoga and meditation sessions. This is related to Hinduism, although not exclusive to it. Yoga can be practiced by people of any religion or no religion as well.
