About Cecelia
I’ve been working as a naturopath and fertility awareness educator in Ipswich since 2022, and have a special interest in women’s health.
I take an evidence-based and data-driven approach to help you and your family understand your bodies, your fertility and to overcome health issues. I use standard and specialised pathology testing in my practice to get specific answers and direct my treatment approach.
I became a fertility awareness educator shortly after completing my naturopathy degree. I had been using the method myself during the final years of my studies and I loved how charting my menstrual cycle brought me in touch with my body.
Before I was a naturopath, I had a career in remedial massage therapy spanning ten years. This gave me a strong understanding of the structure and function of the human body. I’m also a trained yoga teacher. Although I no longer teach classes, I still draw on the holistic understanding of the human body that yoga provides.
I’m particularly interested in reproductive health and have completed hundreds of hours of extra mentoring and education in this area with some of the most experienced in the industry. I bring this knowledge to my practice.
Whether addressing health issues using naturopathy or learning fertility awareness, I can’t wait to help you improve your health and your connection to your body.
